There are two basic types of reports in IDS: general reports and custom reports. General reports (and some custom reports) are included with IDS. Custom reports can be tailored to specific tasks by IDS upon request.
General reports are common to all customers and provide basic information in readable form for general business purposes. Most general reports are accessed from the Invoicing & Reports screen by choosing the General Reports option on the left, an additional general report (driver payroll) is accessible through Webtools.
Once a general report is created it is saved for lookup at a later date. This ensures the report issued is never changed.
Custom reports are created on request by IDS for individual clients, certain custom reports are however made available by default. If you would like a custom report created for your company please contact us.
Generating a Report
General reports use a graphical calendar widget for date range selection, simply click on the last date in the range, scroll (if necessary) to the start date, press the Ctrl key, and click on the first date in the range. You can than click the Create Report button.
